The Right for Digital Technology – R4Dt is a recruitment boutique formed by partners with over 14 years of experience in recruitment for technology-related positions. The company was conceived to identify professionals with unique profiles and vast experience in IT.

Our internal structure enables bigger flexibility in the recruitment processes. We offer a customized service which prioritizes agility and premium quality. We recruit for major companies both nationally and internationally, invested from private equities and startups.

Managing Partner

Graduated in Business Administration at PUC- Rio de Janeiro, with an MBA at the University of Texas (Austin-TX). Rafael started in the executive search market in 2004. In 2006 he started a recruitment division aimed in Technology for a multinational recruitment company. Ever since he has led multiple recruitment processes for Information Technology positions in Brazil and the United States for startups, major banks and multinational companies. He founded R4S in 2012 where he led the IT recruitment division.

In 2019 Rafael led the spinoff R4S' IT division that became R4Dt, taking into account that the recruiting IT positions demand a different approach in the search process.

Contingency fee

Our clients will only pay our fees if they hire a professional appointed or evaluated by R4Dt. We don’t have retained or cancellation fees whatsoever.

Market Mapping

Weekly reports of the mapping process will be sent to clients, which allows HR area and Hiring managers to have an overview of the market in real time.

Technical tests

We have partnerships with technical testing companies and we also work as facilitators for our clients to apply their own tests.

Transparency

We do not work with coaching or outplacement processes. Therefore, we have no conflict of interests when presenting only the professional profiles who best fit the position.
